9.15 am pilot major Sándor Kádár ejected during landing at MH 59th AFB Kecskemet LHKE. The SAR/MEDEVAC Mi-17 transported him to the air force hospital at Kecskemet, not far from the base. Later the HDF will decide to further transport to the central HDF hospital to Budapest.

Number #30 JAS-39 EBS HU C Gripen cannot retract the landing gears after take off(9.05am). Some source said the nose landing gear jammed. Soon, the airbase fire/rescue team prepared, and two Mi-17 SAR helicopter alerted from Papa LHPA airbase. Major Kádár during this time burnt/ejected the kerosene, and tried to landing. The Gripen slipped on its fuselage, when the aircraft break left from the runway, in this moment major Kádár decided to eject. HUNAF Gripen fleet is grounded till the end of investigating. This accident is looks like independent from the previous one at Caslav AFB.
