Hi Guys,
Since 2nd July I havn't received any rejection or acceptation emails anymore while I can see on the website that a number of photos have been accepted and rejected. Has anybody the same problem? or is it just me. Rgds, Niels |

I just heard from Lieuwe about the same thing. I'm getting the PM emails just fine. I will look into it.

I had the same problem a while ago. After sending an email to my provider and asked him to open the spam filter for all airfighters.com emails the problem was solved. Maybe the same with you?

Hotmail accounts are mostly affected. Don't know why. We've had trouble with Hotmail since the very beginning. So, like Joop said, please call your ISP and make sure they are not blocking emails from airfighters.com. Thanks.

Don't think that is the solution; my hotmail account doesn't get notifications, but my gmail account does. (Same ISP....)

That makes it interesting indeed.
So the hotmail mailserver is blocking the mails. Than the request could be send to info@microsoft.com. This should do a trick (but surely not THE). |

From beginning July on I also missed the usual mails in my mailbox from airfighters, i.e. rejection, approval or private messages. But after I added the 3 sender addresses from airfighters.com to the save senders (as per Rays above advice in the forum) I started receiving them again.
Though Hotmail changed to Outlook, my e-mail address stayed the same. Hope the adding will fix the problem once and for all. Thanks for the link Ray.

Thanks for the info Rob, that's good to hear. I think it's a good idea for everyone to add the airfighters.com email addresses to their "Safe Senders" list no matter what. This will avoid any complications in the future.

Greetings, Iam facing a different issue. Mostly the photos get accepted or rejected within a day or so however, three of my photos have been inactive for almost 5 days and I haven't received any notification as to whether they have been accepted or rejected. Regards

If you go to http://www.airfighters.com/myphotos.php you should be able to see the status of all your photos.
