Quote Thanks, 31 Bravo! This interesting one, although Nikola Tesla beside Belgrade is a collection opened half only at an airport can be found. Here can be found it 1999.03.27 shot off at Novi Sad f-117-es his stealthy wrecks, and the aviano-i F-16-os American machine shot off by his wrecks and few Serbias. The Yugoslav airplane industry was represented in full whole one's is, and many of the variants of very many contemporary American fighters can be found here. And they may not lag behind of course the Soviet aeroplane known well already and helicopters. |

Fantastic shots! Once I must go to Kassa & Belgrade. The museums seems good. Here are lot of interesting planes. Vyskow looks like a military store base, almost every aircraft in very bad condition, in pieces.
A Hungarian man, ezredes(colonel) Zoltán Dani who lived in Yugoslavia, and he was a soldier in the war. He shot down the F-117 and 2 F-16 too with old Russian AA missiles and old radar system!!! Lets Fly! :) |

The first pictures, is this really a museum? It really looks like a kinda storage area to me. The aircraft are in a very bad shape, what is sad.
Don`t they have the money to maintain them better, or don`t they have the interest in doing so? F-14 Tomcat 4-ever!:) |

Tomcatfreak!
The poor man's museum looks so unfortunately. There is money nowhere gets in east-europe, everybody gives his own enthusiasm into him what you may see on the photos. |

Some more interesting european aircraft museums:
- Duxford, GB. Said to be very nice, hosts a lot of airshows every year. Unfortunately I haven`t been there, yet. - Stauning, DK. Very nice museum, with some of the last danish build KZ aircraft. Also a lot of still flyable aircraft. Will upload some pictures, tomorrow. They are hosting an airshow, every year in the beginning of june. Also some flying days from time to time. - Technikmuseum Sinsheim, D. On display are a lot of cars, motorcycles, tanks, military stuff, military aircraft, civil aircraft, helicopters, Concorde and TU-144. All my pictures are lost, due to a crash of my harddisk. - Technikmuseum Speyer,D. On display: trains, cars, military aircraft, a submarine and a Boeing 747-200. Pictures see above. - Flugwerft Oberschleissheim, D. I think, they have mainly civil aircraft. Haven`t been there, yet. - Flieger- Flab-Museum, Dübendorf, CH. Shows the history of swiss military aviation. Didn`t bring my camera. Yes, I know, I`m an idiot...:wink F-14 Tomcat 4-ever!:) |
