The NH90 Helikopter is the new Utily-Helikopter for a lot of european Nations ( Germany , Italy , france , Nederland , Belgium , Spain , Norge , Sweden , Finland , Greece and others in the World ( Australia) .

The NH-90 is still in the process of being introduced to units in Europe.

The Netherlands signed a contract to 20 NFH’s.
Originally: 14 helis with a full missionsystem recognition and battle surfacevesels and submarines; 6 helis with facilities to accvomodate them with mentioned systems. Later on the contract changed in 12 NFH´s en 8 naval TTH´s with an option on 2 further transport helis. On september 15th 2007 the first Dutch NFH (440058, 1088, NNLN001, N088) was presented at Naval airbase "de Kooij". On december 23th 2009 the first Dutch NFH (NNLN03, serial N110 c/n 1110) was handed over to the Dutch acceptation team at Augusta Westland Italy. From april 21th 2010 on The Netherlands has the first NH90-heli N110 in the inventory. N110 was formally handed over in a ceremony at Italian AgustaWestland. On mai 17 2010 the first Dutch NFH (N110) was actually accepted by Naval airbase "de Kooij". A picture at: NH90 N110 regards |

THe Belgians orderd 4 TTH and at least 2 NFH.
Beavechain should become the home of the 4 NH90 TTH.There is also a option for 2 additional helicopters. Koksijde should be the permantly home of at least 2 NH 90 NFH for SAR duties. The first delivery was scheduled for may 2011 but has reportedly slipped back to early 2012. |
