Just a quick question. My father flew with the Royal Air Force from 1944 to 1947 and he took quite a few interesting photos over that period. By today's standards they would be very poor quality however some are pretty rare. Sadly he passed away about 15 years ago and I have 'inherited' much of his aviation memorabilia. Am I allowed to post his photos here under my name but with a clear credit to him as the photographer in the photo comments?

With his Estate passing on to you, I would assume this would include photo rights as well. In that case it would be ok. If I'm wrong anybody, please let me know.

The alternative would be to register another account under his name and therefore his name would appear in the copyright. Giving him the proper credit.
